Self inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection

According to the requirements of ISO9001 quality system, the quality management system has been established and improved, and the three inspection systems of self inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection have been strictly implemented. Based on the detection of seven elements of materials, the physical property test, connection performance test, pressure test and finished product appearance test of pipes (parts) have been strengthened, so as to effectively prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process.

The quality department is responsible for the quality control of products from design to delivery, which has laid a solid foundation for achieving the goal of zero defects in production. At the same time, the company has established an environmental management system according to the requirements of ISO14001 environmental management system, so as to realize environmental protection production and healthy life.
